Terms of Service
General info
♡ Finished commissions will be sent by E-mail or Discord as png/ jpg, if multiple pieces they will be compressed into a rar file.
♡ You may only repost my art with proper credit to me.
♡ I will only draw in my own style.
♡ You'll receive a progress photo of the sketch where you can make final edits or changes. After I've moved on from the sketch I will not do any other changes.
♡ Don't rush me, I need time to complete my work. If you have a tight deadline let me know in the beginning and a rush fee ($50+) can be paid.
♡ I have the right to decline your commission if I'm not comfortable with the idea or the characters.
♡ I might stream / post the progress of the commission work.
Payment
♡ No refunds
♡ I start working on the commission once I've received payment and references.
♡ Prices are in USD and must be made through paypal invoice
♡ All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
♡ Paypal only.
♡I will let you know when I've sent an invoice.

Commercial Use
♡ For commercial use on commissions I will need to know in the begining of the order
♡ Price for Commercial rights will be 2x the original price.
♡ Example: Original price: $45 + Commercial: 2 x 45 = 90 Totalprice: $135

♡ As the artist I can:
♡Post the finished commission on social medias for promotional purposes♡ As the commissioner you can
♡ Use the art for personal use only
♡ Only post my art with proper credit to me♡ You're not allowed to
♡ Change, modify, copy or trace my work
♡ Take credit for my work
♡ Use my for commercial uses without the commercial rights fee.
Timeframe
♡ Making commissions isn't my source of income, I have a day job working full time.
♡ Therefore estimated time for a commission is 3 weeks depending on commission.
♡ A rush fee can be orderd for $50

How to commission

Accepted or Declined Commission
♡ Before I accept your request I ask a few questions if I have any to decide if I accept your commission.
♡ I have the right to decline your request to commission if I feel like I won't be able to or comfortable to complete it.
Payment
♡ I will inform you about the price and then a invoice will be sent to your paypal.
♡ Please message me when you've paid the invoice
♡ I wont start working untill full payment.
Sketching
♡ I will start sketching after I've received full payment
♡ When I've finished the sketch I will send it to you, here you may change or edit things to your liking and I will try my best to make you happy with your commission (max 3 revisions).
♡ When you've approved the sketch I will move forward and won't do any further changes.
Delivery
♡ Once I've finished your commission I will infrom you that your commission is completed.
♡ I will then send your commission to the given email.
You will recive your commission in a zip / rar file. You need to extract the file to be able to open the images. Either you just right click on the file and it says " Extract here" or winrar might be needed.
